As a former Senior Sales Associate for Orren Pickell Designers & Builders, Eileen has developed a vast network of best-in-the-business resources including architects, interior designers, landscape architects, home media designers, remodelers, fabricators and installers involved in some of Chicagoland’s most impressive luxury home projects.

As former Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Orren Pickell Designers & Builders in Lincolnshire, Illinois, for 16 years, Wendy helped put that company on the map; increasing sales from $12 million to $60 million, and expanding the company from 25 employees to 120 employees. In 2006 she went independent and launched PowerHouse Real Estate Advisors & Consultants, LLC, offering business consulting and marketing services for practitioners in the meta-industry of luxury home design and building.
Patti Nordyke – Operations Manager
Patti Nordyke joined the PowerHouse team after a successful 16-year real estate sales career. Her knowledge of the Chicagoland housing industry, upscale building and buying trends, and her break-through marketing achievements on behalf of more than 60 North Shore realtors makes her a unique and valuable asset to the company and its clients.
